Privacy Policy for Guess the Country
Guess the Country is an iOS geography game. You do not create an account. Game progress stays on your device. A Google AdMob banner helps keep the app free.
Who publishes this app
Sai Laksha Technologies publishes Guess the Country under the Sreeo Studio brand.
Information stored on the device
- The explorer name and avatar you choose during setup
- XP, level, streak, quiz scores, discovered countries, badges, postcards, and settings
This progress is stored locally with SwiftData and UserDefaults. It is not uploaded to a Sai Laksha Technologies server.
Advertising
The app shows a banner above the tab bar using Google AdMob. Google may collect advertising identifiers, IP address, device type, and similar data to serve and measure ads, as described in Google’s Privacy Policy and AdMob guidance.
Tracking across other companies’ apps is optional. If iOS asks for App Tracking Transparency permission, you can decline and still play. Ads may then be less personalized.
What we do not collect
- No email, phone number, or account
- No contacts, photos, precise location, or files
- No Sai Laksha Technologies analytics or crash reporter
Children
The app is for a broad audience, including families. It is not in Apple’s Kids category. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents can erase local progress in Settings → Reset progress.
App Store privacy label
We declare advertising data used by Google AdMob. Explorer name and progress stay on the device and are not linked to an identity we hold.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
