This page is for questions and support for the On Earth Recap app (on device the title may show as On Earth). There is no account. Your routes, places, and place photos stay on this iPhone.

Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of the problem. We read every message.
Getting started
- Finish or skip the how-to walkthrough.
- Allow location While Using the App when asked.
- Keep On Earth Recap open while you walk or commute so the route can draw on the map.
- Stops of a few minutes become places. Open a place to add an optional photo.
- Switch between This week and This year to see distance and places.
Location
Location is used only while the app is open, to build your private week and year recap. The app does not request Always / background location.
In Simulator you can try Features → Location → City Run or Freeway Drive so a route appears without walking.
Place photos
Open a place, then take a photo or choose one from your library. Photos are saved on this iPhone with that place. They are not uploaded to Sai Laksha Technologies.
Share
Share sends a recap picture card you choose to send. It is not live GPS sharing. Route data stays on the device unless you send that picture yourself.
Ads and tracking
A Google AdMob banner on the week/year recap helps keep the app free (not on Share). After launch you may see Apple’s tracking prompt. You can Allow or Ask App Not to Track. Ads can still appear either way.
Settings
